Dr. La'Shonda Lane-Gammell is a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Atlanta, Georgia, and the Chief Executive Officer of Dreams and Visions, a group practice dedicated to providing quality and affordable mental health services. With a holistic approach, Dr. La’Shonda supports children, adults, and families by fostering safe environments for growth and healing. She focuses on wellness and healing as a keynote speaker, published author, corporate wellness trainer, profesor and therapist.
Dr. La’Shonda holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Old Dominion University, where she focused on understanding children’s needs. She furthered her expertise with a Master’s in Education specializing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, also from Old Dominion, and earned a Ph.D. in Counseling and Psychological Studies from Regent University, where she honed her skill in integrating spirituality with mental health. Dr. La’Shonda remains connected to Regent as an Adjuct Profesor. Beyond her professional life, Dr. La’Shonda is passionate about family and cherishes time spent with her husband and two children.
She enjoys teaching and serving in several capacities at her church and in her community. Dr. La’Shonda loves to travel, which is a key part of her self-care routine. Dr. La’Shonda is also the founder of H.E.A.L.: Holistically Evolve Align & Live, a nonprofit ministry that supports spiritual growth and holistic well-being.
Ms. Sago serves as a licensed professional counselor at Dreams and Visions, LLC. Ms. Sago services both adults and children in individual and family therapy. Ms. Sago attended Paine College in Augusta, GA where she received her Bachelor's of Art Degree in Psychology. She then continued her collegiate career and attended Alabama A & M University in Normal, AL, where she earned her Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology.
Ms. Sago has a solid background in treating symptoms related to depression, anxiety, mood disorders, low self-esteem and lack of concentration. Ms. Sago is well versed in theoretical approaches that included Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. In sessions, Ms. Sago implements therapeutic methods such as meditation, mindfulness, grounding and self-esteem techniques to manage stress and anxiety.Among professional accolades,

Monique R. Darnell is a multi-state Licensed Professional Counselor and author. After stepping into the role of motherhood she discovered her passion for Mental
Health. As a result of her discovery she became a Mental Health Professional. She holds a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. For the last few years Monique has spent countless hours advocating for the holistic needs of others. She is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) Georgia, Certified Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC) Georgia, National Certified Counselor with the National Board of Counselors, Licensed Mental Health
Counselor (Florida), and a Masters Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) Florida.

In 2017 she became a Certified Anger Management Specialist. In this role she is
able to assist youth and aid them in addressing their anger by finding better coping
skills. She is also trained in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and
Domestic Violence. When she is not in a session, you will find her wearing the hat
of CEO. She is the CEO of MRD&CA Solutions. MRD&CA Solutions is a Mental
Health organization geared toward offering their clients the chance to change their
lives and live their dreams.

In her practice, she along with her team, offer individual therapy, family therapy,
substance counseling, substance training and life -coaching. They do this by
addressing needs in various cultures with a focus on the African American
community. Some of the needs addressed may fall into one of the following
categories: ADHD, ADD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Major Depressive
Disorder or Emotional Disturbance. When it comes to life-coaching, the hope is to
increase self-awareness through positive affirmations and self-acceptance. She has
an online Substance Abuse Training Certification School for the state of Georgia.
Through her work Monique’s desire is to spread a message of hope and
compassion to all.

As a devoted mother of three adult children and a doting grandmother to five, Sabrina is passionately invested in nurturing the future generations within her family. She views her role as a spiritual guide and a beacon of wisdom, aiming to demonstrate God's grace through her actions.

Currently enrolled in the Doctoral program for Strategic Leadership at Regent University, Sabrina complements her extensive experience in healthcare and patient care with advanced academic pursuits. She holds an MBA from Regent University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Sabrina's literary contributions include "Self-Inventory," a workbook designed to foster closer relationships with God through reflective study of the fruits of the Spirit. This guide encourages deep self-analysis paired with scriptural insights. Additionally, she has co-authored "Words of Wisdom I and II," which explore the importance of adaptability and consistency in personal growth.

As the founder and CEO of Shield of Comfort LLC, and with over 18 years of experience in coaching, leadership, and problem-solving, Sabrina is dedicated to helping individuals who feel stuck identify their next steps and achieve significant life milestones. In her role as COO at Dreams and Vision, Sabrina applies her leadership skills to oversee operations, ensuring that the organization's mission to support and enhance mental wellness is carried out effectively.
Miriam Jenkins is a compassionate individual who has a heart for people, especially children, and adolescents. She believes if children are given the tools they need early on, they will not grow to become dysfunctional adults. Her passion involves working with individuals who struggle with low self-esteem, fear, grief, and depression. Her experience overcoming those issues herself leads to her empathy-driven practice.
When approaching therapy, her goal is to inspire clients to moving forward towards their goals, no matter the obstacle or trial, and she walks with them as they become their best authentic selves. Happiness comes from within and she loves to help individuals navigate to get to their happiness. Miriam’s gift of teaching helps individuals define what they are experiencing, developing important social and mental health skills, and creating solutions.
One of Miriam’s goals is to develop a mentoring program to provide psychoeducational groups to assist individuals and families. Miriam earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Work and is under supervision and gaining full hours for licensure. She is currently pursuing another Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is looking forward to beginning this healing journey with you!
